Lusion is for adults. This website and the social platform we are building are intended for people aged 18 and over.

Why 18 and over

We are building a social platform for grown-ups: a space designed around adult conversation, adult community and adult expression. We have set our age limit at 18 and over so that the experience, the tone and the features are built for adults from the start.

What this means for this website

This is a pre-launch marketing website where you can learn about Lusion and join our waitlist. By joining the waitlist or otherwise using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We ask for nothing more than your email at this stage, and we use it only to keep you updated about the launch.

What this means for the platform

When the platform launches, access will be limited to verified adults aged 18 and over. We will use appropriate age assurance measures at that point, in line with our obligations under European Union law, including the Digital Services Act. We will explain exactly how this works before the platform opens.

Please do not join the waitlist or sign up. If you believe someone under 18 has given us their details, contact us at hello@lusion.world and we will delete the information.

A note on data and young people

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 through this website. Under Maltese and EU data protection law, we treat the data of any young person with particular care and will remove it promptly if it reaches us.
